Monthly Service Hours Report

Each month, your Emergency Coordinators submit a report of our ARES Teams' activities to ARRL HQ.  This report quantifies the hours of service that our Members provide to the Public, which in turn proves the value of the Amateur Radio Service.

We ask our members to please fill out this report and submit it by the 2nd day of the month following the month being reported.  Any hours or activities not reported in previous months is welcome to be included; simply make a note in the comments.
