Emergency Coordinator

Doug Rice W3COB

Doug Rice W3COB, is Emergency Coordinator for Lancaster County A.R.E.S. He is a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran (1993-2013), and is currently employed by the County of Lancaster. Doug's Amateur Radio interests are Public Service & EmComm, antenna building and learning about radio propagation. Doug lives in Lancaster City.

Operations Branch

Ray Hershey W3RSH

Ray leads the Operations branch of our ARES Team. He stays active doing public service events all over Central PA. Ray lives in Mt. Joy, Rapho Township.

Planning Branch

Nate Wolf W3NHW

Nate leads the Planning branch of our ARES Team, and is also active with Lancaster EMA as a Duly Enrolled Volunteer. Nate also is involved with Ephrata Borough EMA. He lives in Ephrata Township.

Logistics Branch

Dan Boone KB3ZMB

In addition to leading the Logistics branch of our team, Dan also serves as the ACS Coordinator for Lancaster County. He lives in Willow Street, West Lampeter Township.

Administration Branch

Molly Sauder W3NY

Molly leads our Administration branch, and has completed the FEMA/CISA AUXCOM Communicator Course. She also stays busy as a volunteer Fire Police officer. Molly lives in Mount Joy, Rapho Township.
